What we deliver

Premium flooring remodeling done right.

Floors are the single largest visible surface in your home, and the one that takes the most abuse. Get them right and every other finish looks better. Get them wrong and it shows from the front door.

We install wide-plank European white oak, traditional and reverse herringbone, large-format porcelain, natural stone, and luxury vinyl plank for the right applications. Every install starts with a properly prepped, leveled, and acclimated substrate — the step almost every flooring failure traces back to.

Whether you're refinishing 100-year-old fir, installing chevron oak in a primary suite, or laying a 24x48 porcelain across an open-concept main floor, you'll get level, flat, gap-free floors that still look right ten heating seasons from now.

Why it matters

The benefits of a truly premium remodel

Whole-Home Cohesion

Continuous flooring across rooms makes a home feel bigger, calmer, and more expensive.

Built to Last

Properly acclimated wood, correctly mortared tile, and stone sealed before it's grouted. The hidden work that keeps floors flat for decades.

Allergen-Smart

Hard surfaces dramatically reduce dust, dander, and VOC load — especially when paired with our zero-VOC adhesives.

Resale Acceleration

Hardwood and large-format tile are the top two finish callouts in Portland-metro luxury MLS listings.

The materials

High-end materials, specified properly

The hidden 70% of a luxury remodel lives in what's behind the wall. Here's what we use — and why.

European White Oak

7"–10" wide-plank engineered and solid oak from Mirage, DuChâteau, and regional mills.

Herringbone & Chevron

Pre-finished and site-finished patterns in oak and walnut, laid to a single laser line.

Large-Format Porcelain

24x48, 32x32, and slab tile with rectified edges and tight grout joints.

Natural Stone

Marble, limestone, travertine, and slate — sealed before grouting, every time.

Luxury Vinyl Plank

Coretec, Karndean, and Mannington — when waterproof performance matters more than wood.

Why Quality Remodeling & Construction

The Pacific Northwest difference starts with us.

Substrate Done Right

Self-leveling, moisture testing, and crack-isolation membrane on every install. The 90% of the job nobody sees.

Skilled In-House Setters

Tile and stone laid by setters who do this every day — not framers moonlighting.

Dust-Contained Refinishing

HEPA-vacuum-attached sanders for in-place refinishing. Your home stays livable.

Manufacturer Warranties Preserved

We install to spec so the wood, tile, or LVP warranty actually applies.

The process

What it's like to work with us

Most flooring installs take 5–14 days depending on square footage, pattern, and finish.

  1. 01

    Walk-Through & Measure

We measure, evaluate the substrate, and discuss transitions, undercuts, and stair noses.

  2. 02

    Selection Session

Hands-on samples in your light — wide-plank, herringbone, stone, or LVP.

  3. 03

    Subfloor Prep

Moisture meter, level shoot, self-level pour where needed, crack-isolation membrane.

  4. 04

    Installation

Acclimated material, correct expansion gaps, perfect lay direction, tight pattern.

  5. 05

    Finish & Protect

Site-finished oil or water-based topcoat, or grout and seal, then full protection until handoff.

Investment range

Whole-home flooring projects typically range from $15K for a single level of LVP to $90K+ for site-finished wide-plank oak with herringbone accents.
